How This Pastime Can Enhance Your Stamina In Bed

Forget the jokes about gamers; this isn’t about poking fun at those who enjoy video games. We’re here to highlight an interesting benefit for gamers: a reduced likelihood of premature ejaculation.

A recent study published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine reveals that gamers are less prone to early finishes. Researchers, noting a gap in the understanding of gaming’s impact on sexual health, conducted a study involving nearly 600 men aged 18 to 50. Participants completed the Premature Ejaculation Diagnostic Tool and the International Index of Erectile Function, and provided information about their lifestyle and gaming habits.

Results showed that those who engaged in video gaming for at least an hour daily had a lower incidence of premature ejaculation compared to non-gamers. However, these gamers also tended to report lower levels of sexual desire.

While this study sheds light on the potential connection between gaming and sexual health, the researchers suggest that further interventional studies are necessary to confirm these findings. Nonetheless, this study marks a significant step in exploring the link between gaming and sexual health, particularly in relation to premature ejaculation.
